The Corner Food Pantry (80 Sharon Rd, Lakeville) – Provides free groceries to anyone in need. Hours: Fridays 3:00–4:30pm and Saturdays 9:00–10:00am. Serves residents of Salisbury and nearby towns (Canaan, Cornwall, North Canaan, Sharon, Kent).

Shelter/Housing/Advocacy
Project SAGE (DV Shelter Network) (13A Porter St, Lakeville) – Confidential domestic violence shelter and support. Offers emergency housing for individuals (women or men) and children fleeing abuse. 24/7 Hotline: 860-364-1900 (bilingual assistance available). Provides safety planning and advocacy and helps find new housing. Office staffed M–F 8:30am–4:30pm for non-emergencies (860-364-1080).
Legal/Advocacy
Vecinos Seguros (Safe Neighbors) – Community support network founded by local residents and clergy. Organizes workshops, legal information sessions, and direct support for immigrant neighbors along the CT–NY border. Works to reduce fear and invisibility of undocumented residents by connecting them with resources and allies. Meets at Trinity Lime Rock Church.
